Neal Cross is a long time Oregon native who founded RN Cross Construction after spending twenty years as a Communications Officer in the United States Marine Corps. He is a graduate of Southern Illinois University and brings over three decades of home building experience and craftsmanship to his company. Neal is a member of the Redmond Economic Development Committee, owner of One Street Down Cafe with his wife Kristy, father to four grown children and grandfather to eleven grandchildren.
Colton Cross was born and raised in Central Oregon and received a Bachelors in Construction Engineering Management from Oregon State University. In 2009 he was commissioned into the Marine Corps where he spent five years as an active duty Marine and Combat Engineer. Prior to RN Cross, Colton spent three years as a Senior Project Manager for world renowned design-build architect Marmol-Radziner managing the construction of high end custom homes in Southern California.
Michelle grew up in Central Oregon and graduated from Oregon State University in 2009. Prior to RN Cross Construction she worked for The Ratkovich Company, a commercial real estate development firm in Los Angeles focusing on urban infill projects in Southern California. She is a 2017 graduate of the UCLA Anderson School of Management where she received her MBA with an emphasis in real estate development.
